Additional nutrients such as calcium should be catered for by adding milk and cheese to their diet. However, regular exercise, enough sleep and playing will help a lot. It would be good visiting a doctor for regular checks and stick to the recommended advice. Be a good role model for your kid since your kids will follow what you do than what you tell them.
